What is checked

Visual review
Stone appearance, obvious inclusions, chips, polish, shape consistency, make, and matching.
Specification match
Carat, millimeter size, color range, clarity range, shape, growth process, and batch requirement.
Certificate check
Report number, laser inscription where applicable, report file, and stone-to-report consistency for IGI or GIA documentation.
Packing review
Individual box, parcel bag, barcode label, packing list, commercial invoice reference, and export-ready grouping.

Buyer evidence

Ask for the proof that fits the order type

A selected certified stone, a lab-grown melee parcel, and a mixed bulk lot need different review material. The QC file should match the commercial risk of the order.

Selected stones
Photos, videos, certificate file, report number, laser check where applicable, and final buyer approval before packing.
Melee parcels
Sieve size notes, color/clarity range, batch weight, parcel label, and packing list reference.
Bulk programs
Parcel structure, grade spread, certificate mix, export packing record, and reorder notes for comparison.
Acceptance notes
Record acceptable substitutions, tolerance, and priority factors before the quote is confirmed.

Photos or video for selected stones when the order value and buying format justify media review.
Certificate evidence
